I have worked for Aquila since February 2024 as the head of projects. I am passionate about intentional culture management, ensuring everyone can bring their whole selves to work. We focus on continuous improvement in the projects team, measuring our performance and looking for ways to enhance processes. We are a fun, dynamic and hard working team who love biscuits and occasional optional team meeting meditation!
