Training Assistant - Flight Simulator Operator – FSO

Hi, I'm Matt and I am a Training Assistant within the Flight Simulator Operator department of Aquila. I've been working at RAF Shawbury within Defence College of Air and Space Operations (and its predecessor Central Air Traffic Control School) for over 20 years and have a wealth of experience in providing air traffic training solutions to the MOD, as well as helping to train our own personnel within Aquila to become fully validated and productive Flight Simulator Operators. I have Level 3 qualification in Education and Training and am one of Aquila's Human Factors Facilitators, enabling me to deliver HF awareness training to all employees within the company and ensuring that Aquila remains compliant with all legal and MAA regulations and protects against any liabilities that may occur.
