Mark Gibbins is a Senior Training Manager with extensive experience in delivering and governing technical and regulatory training within complex, safety‑critical environments. He leads the development, assurance, and delivery of mandatory, statutory, and role‑specific training, ensuring full compliance with regulatory frameworks including DSAT and aviation safety requirements.

Mark works closely with operational leaders, subject‑matter experts, and external stakeholders to ensure training is effective, auditable, and aligned to organisational and regulatory needs. His focus is on high‑quality training governance, continuous improvement, and enabling operational excellence through competent, compliant personnel.
