Head of Service Delivery Management – Service Delivery Management

Following a career in the MOD, I have worked as Head of Service Delivery Management in Aquila since 2020 with key responsibilities for performance management and improvement. I work with my team to support the engineers in the Operations area while ensuring coherence with customer requirements, solutions engineering, procurement, commercial, bids, business development and projects departments. I lead many of the business transformational and transitional initiatives for service delivery function for business improvement and against contractual obligation.
